"For us, our house is not insentient matter—it has a heart, and a soul, and eyes to see us with; and approvals, and solicitudes, and deep sympathies; it is of us, and we are in its confidence, and live in its grace and in the peace of its benediction. We never come home from an absence that its face does not light up and speak out its eloquent welcome—and we can not enter it unmoved."
—Mark Twain, 1896

Two budding artists create some pretty interesting ‘people’

Grand-daughter Miliana, age 5 made an 'old fashion clothes-pin' family: a mom with pink hair ….. who looks like she is rather, umm fat with Connor? A dad, and could that be Miliana with the long brown hair?

Grand-Godson Johnny, age 5 made, what appears to be a ‘stick’ family as well. I believe I see Johnny and his brother, mom and dad -- a dog and a cat?

Well, of course -
Clear as day
