The air is filling with holiday mood as Thanksgiving is only a few days away. Talk of turkey, and family gatherings are monopolizing conversations for an American tradition.Thanksgiving dates back to the American Christians in the year 1623 when, after the harvest crops were gathered in November, Governor William Bradford in Plymouth, Massachusetts proclaimed:
"All ye Pilgrims with your wives and little ones, do gather at the Meeting House, on the hill… there to listen to the pastor, and render Thanksgiving to the Almighty God for all His blessings."
Thank God for what you have and be grateful in it. Enjoy your holiday!
