"For us, our house is not insentient matter—it has a heart, and a soul, and eyes to see us with; and approvals, and solicitudes, and deep sympathies; it is of us, and we are in its confidence, and live in its grace and in the peace of its benediction. We never come home from an absence that its face does not light up and speak out its eloquent welcome—and we can not enter it unmoved."
—Mark Twain, 1896

Who dresses you?

We don’t always see things as they are. Some people are misunderstood their entire lives, no matter what they do or say. Our individual perspective on life differs even when we are looking at the same thing. So, I suppose the best way to live is non-judgmental.
Don’t presume to know the entire shape when all you have in front of you is one side.

“We don’t see things as they are; we see things as we are.”
The Talmud
